Dr. Ruta! It was truly amazing to work with you, and I was so happy that we both made the decision to work together. I learnt so much about my self, how I navigate the world, things that stop me from moving forward, and how I can overcome everything. The best part was how sharply you managed to identify the problem areas and then helped me see it. There was always a very healthy amount of compassion and empathy and the sessions were felt very personal, but at the same time it also has now made me so much more forced on my growth and my future. The biggest thing that I have taken away is that I know I have it all inside me, and I just need to work on bringing it out there in the world, I do not need to fundamentally change myself to get any king of success. My experience of knowing Ruta during couple of a leadership trainings where she was a trainer / coach has been very positive and value adding. She’s well read and has great control over the subject. She always gives examples in routine life (including her personal life) which help in getting the point home quicker. It was a pleasure having the training sessions with you on communication and presence. The training sessions were really helpful for me. The best thing I liked about the session was that it was very personalized and you had very successfully adapted the sessions based on my specific requirements.
